| Have a CAT 35 tractor. The little hydraulic cyclinder/shock absorber device that holds up the tilt steering wheel is no longer doing its job. Acts like the lever activated plunger is not sealing. Sometimes can jerk the wheel just right and it will set at a position, sometimes not. Can these be fixed or need to be replaced? Any source cheaper that CAT? Friend has a Ford Genesis that has the same problem.
