Subject: hopper bin problems - need some ideas

Rivers, MB
Have a few old fertilizer bins that we bought for cheap for some grain storage. Have a 1200 bu hopper that has some plywood on the inside of the hopper to cover some rusty areas. Filled it with wheat. Now when trying to unload, it looks like one of the sections of plywood has slid down and is blocking the opening at the bottom and is preventing grain from dropping out the 8" square hole at the bottom of the hopper. There is an access hole with door from the inside that is used for getting inside the bin when empty.

Any ideas how to get the grain out? Hole is so small on the bottom that it will be difficult to get a drill with hole saw on it to drill a hole through the plywood.

Anyone sucked out a bin with a grain vac through the top?
