Bought a new to me truck with a hoswell hay bed . Has belt driven pump . Now here is the problem . Arms will not go up and down , but will go in and out . Have power at the soleniods that control the lift and lower but nothing happens when you put power to them . Have taken magnets apart and cleaned . Any suggestions ? Thanks
