One of the neighbors is in the planning part of an hay storage barn. He's got a pole barn bid for a 30x48 of 10K. Looking at hoops about half that. We went to see a hoop for hay that was put up about 3 years ago. Looked nice, except, steel hoops had lost thier galvanized coating. They we quite rusty. It's this typical of hoops?
