Central Kansas | I have Plantar Fascitis and have been going to Physical Therapy twice a week and doing stretching exercises here at home every day since mid September. Was told to get "Heel Cups" and wear them in my work boots. After a physical therapy session, feels like I'm walking on a cloud but as time moves on, the soreness returns. The whole process has shown some improvement but seems like I'm at a standstill and it just can't get any better. Anyone been through this physical condition and just how long does it take to "get well" Would you recommend a "full" shoe insert? If so, where is a reliable place to order them?
