Subject: 3 clutches in 3 years?

Zabcikville, TX
The module truck I'm driving had the clutch go out. Same thing last year and the year before. Now, it does get used a lot, but the truck sits idle 7 months out of the year. I've been greasing the entire truck (front end, throwout bearing, driveline and brakes) religously every 10 to 14 days. Mechanic said throwout bearing still had grease in it. So any ideas? 2004 International 9400, 475 ISX Cummins, fuller 10 speed if that helps.

Edit: About 242k miles on it
