Strictly hypothetical. No accusations.

 Say one of those fraternal organisations had a dying off, aged membership. A smaller organisation. Say, just out of the blue, a small group of young people, fresh out of college, suit and tie, new jobs in administration, etc., come in and became members.

 Hypothetically, if the few old members stepped down in the accounting of the organisation, is there any way that the organisation can be used for personal financial gain? Or hypothetically, is there any way to launder money thru these type of orgainisations? Hypothetically I mean.
