| I've noticed it going on for awhile now, and only does it once in a great while, usually when the tractor is cold when I take it out of park and usually put it into reverse, there is some grinding that goes on, push the clutch back in and let off and it goes away. It doesn't happen very often. Tractor shifts just fine otherwise, starting out, and shifting between all gears on the go. Any ideas? Its been going on for a while and last fall I had the tractor split to replace the PTO brake and rear axle bearings and the mechanic said everything was fine in the transmission. | |
