Subject: nutrient removal from baling soybean stubble?

East Central, Nebraska
I kind of have an idea what I lose if I bale corn stalks but I had a local feedlot ask me about baling some bean stubble after I remove the soybeans. The soybeans are making about 60 bushel, I have a walker combine and it does not tear up the stems like a rotor machine so I would be able to get about all of what is left over. I have learned the hard way with chopping corn for silage or baling corn stover that the extra income is great but it all catches up with you eventually.

I am doubting the stubble removal will be worth doing in the first place due to the fact that they don't want to pay too much, but it would be really great if someone had some info for me that said that I am taking away valuable nutrients. That way I can really weigh my options.

Thank you.
