I plan on meeting with my cousin sometime soon and asking him if I can farm the 9 acres that is beside my house. Does that seem good enough? It is dryland loamy soil that he seems not to do much with. It seems to be grown up quite a bit (Which  my great-grandma landlord hates) and not too taken care of. I am planning on row crop soybeans. Does this sound good? I really apreciate the responces yall gave me.
