Subject: Differences between 2000 and 3000 Kinze

West Central Wisconsin
I've been looking for a Kinze 3000 double frame, 6/11 interplant with dry fertilizer without luck. Talked to a dealer who said he had a good used 2000 which he could add dry fert and a double frame for the interplant. Since talking to him I thought of a few question. Are these two planters similar enough that we could compare apples to apples after the double frame and 3000 unit updates are added? Will the double frame be added to the rear and hold the six corn units? I would like to run duals but is the 2000 have a shorter tongue? Any other comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Joe.
