Subject: Michelin tire pressure?

East Central SD
I've got a recently aquired JD 8760 with 8 nearly new 650/65/R38 XM 108 Michelins on it and today I started having trouble with powerhop with it. It handles the disk and disk ripper fine, but the disk chisel has been giving it a fit. It's a small disk-chisel, only 16 ft, that I am using until I get a larger one (may have to rethink that!) It shouldn't be much of a load for it, but at 5-6 inches deep and above 4.5 I'm starting to bouce. And before anyone mentions it, I've got a call in the the tire rep, just waiting to hear from him, so I though I'd ask here. As for as the tractor goes, it's LIGHT, steel rims, no fluid for weight. Tire pressure is around 11 psi. If there is an obvious problem, please filll me in- I'm getting sick to my stomach!
Thanks, Erik
