Subject: vari-rate planting

After the NNTC started putting some thoughts together. Anyone using a Rawson controller in conjuction with greenstar? Coulpa questions to go along.... can you map the pop changes as well as vari-rating them from the RX card? Maybe a non-question as you would already have the maps, but you can't see the RX pop and as planted at the same time can you? What kind of price can one expect to get into the Rawson control for the planter. We have the G* now just need the RX program. We would like to be able to shutoff half of the planter in point rows. Can we just order the parts and get the hoses made up local and save any money? The tractor is only 2 years old so hydrualic flow is no problem. Looking to cut back pop in the low yielding spots, according to the yield maps that we have (8 years worth).

Thanks for the guidance'
