Casey IL. ( I -70 ) then south on rt.49
I have never been to Texas, but they have sent me a toll bill saying I didn't pay my toll.
They don't even have my license plate number right.
Thinking turn it over to my lawyer Monday. The only thing they got right was my name and address.
Is texas broke
