SE MN | Early this morning, I received a suspicious request to purchase an item I had listed in the Classifieds from:
The respondent immediately asked for my information (name, address, etc.) so that they could send payment right away.
I was immediately suspicious, and I requested that they call me before I sent any information.
They further responded by saying that they didn't have my phone number, even though it was listed in the ad and in my email reply.
I emailed them saying that I would not transact with anyone whom I could not speak to by phone. The emails then ceased.
Just posted this in public interest, or, if Glenn Alfred is a real person, please check your accounts.
