Just outside downtown Prairie Hill | We have a I&J roller which we are using for the first time. The rye is headed but not showing much pollen at this point. We ran it a bit this afternoon, but most of the rye came back up. We added water to the roller and don't think it helped. It did tear up some dirt with the water filled roller when it hung over a sloped area. My questions are do most folks do the water fill, do we need to wait a few days to let the rye develop. How do you run one of these rollers so the rye stays down. Thanks for your help. |
