| There has been a bunch of news articles about shortages of baby formula. This sounds horrible for young parents.
Many "experts" are saying don't try making your own. My question is what did people make formula (recipe) from prior to the abundance of "FDA approved" formulas sold today? Don't say breast milk - that is obvious and still true today. Unfortunately, that isn't always an option or needs supplementation.
How many on here received a home brew formula as an infant?
No - I'm not in need of formula. I just find it curious what was done in the past and feel badly for the stress this has to put on new parents. | |
