Minnesota/Kentucky fertility based on ENERGY | 1 year and 4 months ago I walked into the VA Minneapolis and Blood sugars was over 485 and chest pains. The caregiver was not doing well.
We went with a plan to work on my weight, and Blood sugars. Monday on the way to the great white north. I got the call from my doc my A1C1 was 5.8 and I’m down 120 lbs.
still have tons of pain from a life’s bad choices and arthritis from my toes to my neck.
They pulled me off two of my type II pills so I feel like a new man. The next goal is to get back to my weight before I ran all over the country and late meetings and food. So my goal is 220 lbs. by the end of the year. |
