Got a new septic tank. The fittings for the inlet and outlet were included, but not sure why they do it this way.
There is an upright T fitting that goes on the inlet and the outlet, with an approximate 12" extension that is supposed to point down into the tank.
What is the purpose of this T? What is this supposed to accomplish that a normal T with no extension wouldnt?
Just trying to get this right the first time, only get one chance at it. | |
