Having a hard time adding the computer to the windows 8.1 printer file. It finds it in the list ok and I've input the wps number but
it doesn't bring in an icon. Downloaded the 123.hp software. Not sure if the printer was added to the "hp connected" file, per instructions
Any suggestions?
