Subject: Turkey in dishwasher

Hastings, Florida

Had 26 folks for Thanksgiving , cooked 1 turkey and 5 turkey breasts.
Did most of the birds on grill, but cooked 1 smaller breast marinated in Cajun sauce in air fryer, voted the best one.
Wife and I have contest, she cooks some and I cook some, then we ask the eaters which bird was best. She won this year, first time in about 10 years.
Double wrapped another seasoned breast in plastic turkey bags, put in dishwasher for two long cycles and then on Traeger for 1 1/2 hours. The washer got the temperature to 136 degrees, grill finished the cooking and browned it nicely.

Did not tell everyone it was  prepared in washer until finished, but all agreed it was a good one.
