West Alabama | I want to know how the SteadySteer compares to an EZ Pilot or EZ Pilot Pro. I have an EZ Pilot with DigiFarm Beacon for RTK on a CFX 750 that I love. It’s very accurate. I need a new system and wonder if I’d like to stay with Trimble and maybe go with a GFX 750 or should I try Ag Leader’s new SteadySteer? The thing that I like about SteadySteer is it’s easy to move if I wanted to move from tractor to a harvester in the fall. But if it’s not as good as the EZ Pilot I think I’ll just stay with that. Also, I want to be able to use the Beacon from the CFX 750 so I can have RTK accuracy. This will be going in a John Deere 8420 if that matters. Can someone who has run both give me some feedback please? Thanks! | |
