Subject: Estate executive question. Credit card?



Callao Missouri		The deceased has open credit cards.

Should the cc be notified of passing?

Should the cc be paid off now?

Or should it be up to cc to file a claim against the estate?


I realize I should ask the lawyer, but some agtalker has been here before, and it's after lawyer hours. Thanks
