Subject: Ag Leader calibration error

I am having trouble calibrating a steercommand on my sprayer. It goes through all stages fine until the wheel angle sensor. Then it says calibration error failed to calculate curvature. It usually does this on the first side it turns but occasionally will make the second turn but never completes the calibration. If I go into the system log it has this error - WAS cal error curvature too small to determine actuator polarity at positive stop.

I have swapped out the wheel angle sensor. Sensor range is around 45000. Sensor looks to be tracking nice and smoothly when I turn the wheel. There is no play in any of the linkages on the wheel angle sensor.

Has anyone else had this fault come up?

Thanks in advance.
