Subject: How much grain needed in bin before starting fans


NE Ohio		I've always heard that you can damage the floor if starting the fan without enough grain in the bin.

I have a 24' 7 ring (~7K bu) bin. Have ~800 bu of beans in it that I'd like to put some air on. How deep do you need the crop before starting fans?
