Texas | I’m honestly not trying to hang out in that town. LOL Just wanted to spread the word and help a fantastic mom and pop Mexican restaurant in Waxahachie. Highway construction has hurt several businesses there. I just happened to be in the area again and decided to make the effort to find this small place in an old storefront. Parking spots can be difficult to find with all the construction going on.
If you’re ever in the area please consider even just ordering takeout from them. There’s not much room inside, but in my opinion it adds more to the charm and experience of such a place. I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with brisket and the hand prepared frijoles. This was my first time ordering from them and first time having Quesabirria Tacos. Holy moly those tacos are awesome!! And that’s not saying enough. They’re fried tacos served with a consome to dip the tacos in. I called them on the phone before they closed to let them know just how delicious their food is. You can taste the love in it or I could. This is not fast food so be patient if you ever order from them. Hope this post or thread helps those nice people. They will certainly appreciate your business. Tacos Facio y Guisado is the name of the place.
