Subject: Winter Cover Crop Before Corn Question

Hey Guys, I'm from Northwest Oklahoma. I am thinking about planting a small acreage of Corn Next Year. I was just wondering if I do plant Corn Next year if I should plant a Winter Cover Crop or just Chisel it deep and let it lay like that for the winter and let it absorb as much moisture as it can since we are in a Dryer Climate? If I do plant a cover crop what kind of cover crop should I plant? I do not want anything with Rye in it, just mostly legumes to put Nitrogen back in the soil. I would probably disk it in February and try and plant Corn on it in April.
Thank You,
