| I want to plant triticale Sept 10th for fall grazing starting late nov. I just harvested triticale (5 tons per acre ). What crop will give me the most tons in 90 days ? Irrigated ground. Teff? Sorghum Sudan ? Cow hay right now $8.00 - $10.00 per small square 2 string bale, teff grass is $12 per bale. Or idea #2 sorghum Sudan 2 big cuttings and let the cows clean up the Sorghum Sudan instead of triticale after it freezes.
