N.E. OHIO | I have some shares of stock in a land company in louisiana TAUX that I inherited from my mom.was bought back in like 1920. used to pay dividends but not for quite a while. is listed on stock exchange 1. not much sales of shares, but in last year was like 50 transactions for $150- $500 a share. just got a email from the company that the bd. of directors voted in may to not renew its standing with otc pink sheets and wont b listed on stock exchange anymore. kind of blindsided by the board. emailed the manager and he said you could sell privately and they would tranfers the stocks for you. any thoughts on this situation | |
