want to make a pad with stone and sand to raise a plastic 2500 gal tank that we put 28% in. Thinking I could fill the ring with stone and sand to make pad. Don't want to put a lot of money in it. Priced getting a ring rolled, was pretty pricey. Near Lima Ohio
