Olney,il | I can't answer on the different grids. I know they have programs but our cattle are just the typical fed. They do break the grades down some. They have a chef's choice and yield grades to the tenth. May have one called a 3.4, 4.2, etc. They do have to be all black. Your probably alot closer to plant than we are. | |
