Iowa | I am dealing with that now again. I had it a year ago, and physical therapy helped eliminate the pain. I kind of overdid it recently and the pain has redelovoped. I am deciding whether to do pt again or see if there is a medical treatment. It is not uncommon and hard to treat. Mine is not a spinal disk issue, like some are. For home treatment, I have been told that gently rolling a tennis ball between the the problem area a wall is way to self massage that are. I would avoid a chiropractor without a medical diagnosis. | |
