I thought it was great. Wife thought if was a wee bit tough. The leftovers are going into meat soup for tomorrow night.
Came out perfect as far as the rareness she wanted. A better cut of meat would have been an improvement.
This was sous vide in an 11 in one instatnt pot.
139 temp for 3 hours.
