N.B. Canada | When you say that you metered from line to LP line it read 120 volts , that is what it should read .
From the white wire , neutral as well as the ground you should have nothing .
You said the range chassis is electrified , where were you measuring and what did the meter read ?
Edit to add ; You say the power is removed from all 3 appliances ? How ? Possibly and probably something is labeled wrong . Also how do you know it is still electrified? What connections are you testing and what does it read ?
Is the range direct wired ? Or can you unplug it ?
