I would say only about 10 percent got the 10 inch plus, but it was some of the most productive ground in the State. A lot of these Beans had already filled the middles and went completely under. But there is more to the story. At least 5 percent of the the Soybeans in the State haven't been planted the first time. Generally, most of the Rice in the State is rotated with Soybeans. The Rice Ground got so rutted up last Fall, that it never could get worked up for Soybean Planting. Only alternative now is Prevent Plant.
