I have 8 Kenwood TK-3170 handheld radios with 8 chargers and 1 Kenwood mobile radio. They are great for 3-5 mile range. We upgraded to digital radios. Most batteries hold charge a few may need replaced. We got them 3 years ago when a local hospital upgraded.
