Subject: RE: CAT 3208 throttle

Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

I've never seen that type of "Black box" setup before.

Is it a Jacket-Water Aftercooler setup? (use to cool-down the compressed turbocharger air before it enters the engine? )

Is there any chance, a person has to "attach" the throttle cable BEFORE the black box goes on the engine?

If there isn't any room, underneath the Black box, from the Rear; then I assume there must be some custom linkage involved, which would "push the throttle linkage" from the Front.

EDIT: I see 2 more pictures, have shown up = Still I've never seen this style of setup , before.
