NEND

I do this when I get around to doing input cost analysis on my fields. I combine all those different operation types of data into one spreadsheet as you said. I can’t remember offhand, but there is one or more that the columns don’t have the same info in them. I end up shifting some data over to make it work, but i5 would be nice to have common things in the same column across the different operation types.

As was mentioned above, I’d like to be able to view a report on a selected area in a field. That’s where I feel analysis is most valuable. I can draw a square on the map that contains approximately the same area of adjoining varieties and it will show me the results of that area, but I don’t believe a person can print out a nice report just on that area.

On the same topic, it would be nice (as I could do in another app) to be able to select yield data by planter pass or combine pass. Then a person could easily select data on either side of a variety change in a field.

You might say, just do a yield report by variety for a field. That often isn’t a good way to analyze variety performance. One variety might include all the headlands for example. Those areas often have a yield drag due to extra compaction and/or wheel tracks. I like to select areas in a field where variety changes but the growing conditions are similar
