Heaven forbid you'd look at information that you might disagree with. 

It's really pretty simple. 

Clinton and Congress balanced the budget.'

Bush had huge spending increases, and big tax cuts, and promptly unbalanced it. 

It's never been balanced since. 

It's not really a spending problem. (Well, it is, we've spent trillions on wars, as the Chinese have correctly pointed out, I might add.) It's a Priorities problem. And our priorities are that the rich get richer and screw everyone else. 'Cause trickle down doesn't work. Never has.
