Why should we not stay with Covid era funding? Republicans had repeatedly reduced or refused to fund prior to 2020. 

So Blue states moved more people onto Medicaid, which involves State matching. ( I don't know exactly what the particulars are). It actually took a state referendum in MO to get it to pass. 

You think they should be, what, penalized? or citizens should be penalized because there govt refused? Eh?
