NE NEBRASKA | The Canucks wanted to build keystone xl through Nebraska and used eminent domain. TransCanada has unlimited money and are now paying for the third route through Nebraska. The ones who didn't fight the first two routes were paid and now don't get a pipeline. New route basically has it next to the existing Keystone pipeline. | |
