Coles County, Illinois | Q-Power from Sloanex just isn't worth the extra labor changing them out as you'll get less than 1/2 the life. I also noted after changing the Engine to primary countershaft belt on my 6620 that the Deere belt had more give to it. I think the Q-Power belts depend more on the back side for strength and the inner side that grips the pulleys is softer and more prone to cracking. Maybe they'll last longer if I ignored the cracking but I've always replaced any that show damage pre-season. | |
