sc kansas sw of Wichita | ran 455 for a long time and down pressure springs and opener arms aren't heavy enough for pure notill. can dial up the opener pressure but will eventually bust the down pressure bolt on the opener. could help a little if you would cut small price of pipe and slip it over the down pressure bolt to give it more strength. look at a great plains older drill, not the db7600, as they have the strengthener pipe on the bolt | |
