Callao Missouri | Im not sure the exact sequence of events that took place but the end result wasn't good
Older Wilson low non ag hopper drug the rear hopper entering or exiting a driveway onto pavement. It has sprung both side rails that the trap door slides on. Its not completely ruined, matter of fact its still functional, just needs fixed.
This is a 1988 commodity hopper. More like a land barge. Its in great shape, both ends have been rebuilt in the last 5 years and im not interested in another trailer that will cost a lot and probably need both ends fixed anyway.
My thoughts are that if there was ever a good time to raise the hopper clearance, now is the time. This one is a little tight with 10" auger.
So has anyone ever successfully changed a low hopper trailer to a not quite ag hopper trailer. Im actually not sure what phrase to type into Google to even research the subject. Just looking for ideas or experiences. Thanks
