 East of Broken Bow | Honestly, that is the route I would go if I needed a torque wrench today.
You can use it with a ratchet or breaker bar of any length, if you can't pull 'straight' on the handle, you should still be able to get that to be straight enough to get an accurate reading, and if access is an issue, and you need to use a U joint, you can put it after the U joint (if it fits) to get an accurate reading.
Mine runs the battery down even when off, so if you aren't going to use it for a while, take out the battery. Not sure if it is their nature, or if it is just mine, but I thought I'd mention it. | |
