Yes exactly, diamond chain rollers are completely identical between heavy and regular. The difference is in resistance to snapping the side plates, not in wear life of rollers. If you have a load that rips chain in half, use heavy, if you have a load that wears it out use regular, save the money, and use the savings to keep a fresher chain on it. This is true for all quality chain brands, the exception being chinese grade chain will use a stamped barrel on non heavy chain.
I used to be a heavy chain only guy also until I did more research
