Faunsdale, AL | Will any other hydraulic function work?
Older models used an oil pressure switch to enable high pressure hydraulics as a safety. Buzzer and oil pressure warning light would probably be going off if it was the problem.
Is hydraulic reservoir full of oil? Was it empty and has been refilled? Have had air bubble in pump at startup following repair to pump. Just had to loosen hose connection on outlet of pump until oil came out (engine stopped).
Rocker switch on joystick has been the common problem with header raise lower on all the 9X00 combines I’ve been around. Usually can mess with the switch long enough and get it to work but not always. Sometimes they just quit.
