| To be fair the ND ratings don't matter. Remember in 2019 when the entire state's corn crop was in the field in January the USDA counted it at full yield as "in storage". Ended up being a billion bushels over counted nationwide that year but of course that didn't get cleaned up until well after it mattered. | |
