NE North Dakota | Are once again laughable. NE ND is a train wreck from 6inches of rain grand forks looks nice. South of there a disaster is brewing due to lack of moisture. No way should ratings be 7 points higher. If this weekend isnt reflected. Next week better be down 17 points. We looked way better last week than today.
