S Illinois | Might be more to it than just June rainfall. Here is 2014. That was the first year IL averaged 200 and beat the previous state yield by 20 bushels. I will be the first to say I dont know the total rainfall needed to move from say #11 to #4 and distribution during the month is likely just as important.
